This site provides information about Gray Fox Capital and a private workspace for approved relationships. Operator details are pending confirmation on the company information page. These website terms do not replace an executed investment, advisory, confidentiality or other transaction agreement.
Information and decisions
Website descriptions and workspace records are not personal investment, legal or tax advice. They are not a binding commitment to finance or invest. Transaction rights and obligations arise from the relevant executed documents, not a dashboard label or an access permission. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances and read the full documentation and risk information.
Private workspace
Use only your own approved account and protect its credentials. Do not attempt to bypass access checks, access another investor’s information, introduce malicious files or interfere with the service. Report suspected unauthorised access to your GFC contact promptly.
Access is assigned individually and may be restricted or revoked. Being given access is not regulatory approval, a client classification, completion of KYC or a recommendation that an investment is suitable.
Confidential materials and ownership
Use private materials solely for the purpose for which they were supplied and observe any applicable confidentiality agreement. Do not redistribute confidential information without permission or other lawful authority. Upload only materials you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal information. Intellectual property remains with its respective owner; access grants no general licence to republish it.
Availability, accuracy and liability
Information may change and may need verification. Contact GFC about discrepancies before relying on a record. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons. No return, financing outcome or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any mandatory statutory rights continue to apply.
